Cervo has long been much more to me than a place on the Ligurian coast – it feels like home. I live here and know the area, the people and the local way of life. That means I can be here even when you can’t. I know how important it is to entrust your home to someone you can rely on and to know that there is someone on site who will look after it with care. That is exactly what I want to offer with Ponente Casa Care: personal, reliable and hands-on care for your property in Liguria.
My Story
What brought me here.
Today, I live in Cervo. But just a few years ago, my life looked completely different.
My desire to live here began long before I realised how much it would change my life. A home in Italy, originally bought as a place for holidays, gradually became more and more important to me. And with it came all those questions that many second-home owners know well: Who can look after the property when I’m not there? Who can check that everything is all right? And who can step in quickly if something happens?
I came to understand just how reassuring it is to have someone local you can trust – someone who knows the property and looks after it with care. That is exactly what I want to offer others today.
As a German who now lives permanently in Liguria, I understand both the perspective of someone who owns a second home here and the realities of everyday life in the region. Ponente Casa Care grew out of that experience.
How I Work

Honest, even when it means saying no.
If I’m not the right person for a particular task, I’ll say so openly. For me, trust also means being honest about what I can and cannot do.
Personal care. Professionals when needed.
I personally take care of property checks and coordination on site. Whenever specialist work is required, I involve qualified professionals and coordinate the work.
Clear updates, so you always know.
After every property check, you receive a short report with photos. This way, you know what has been checked, can see the condition of your property for yourself and stay informed even when you’re not there.
My Home
Where I live and work.
Cervo sits on a hillside overlooking the Ligurian coast, between Imperia and Albenga. From here, I look after my clients’ homes along the Riviera di Ponente – including Diano Marina, San Bartolomeo al Mare, Andora, Laigueglia, Alassio and Albenga, as well as the surrounding inland areas.
For my work, this location is ideal: most properties are within about half an hour’s drive. If a property needs checking after a storm or a tradesperson is needed at short notice, I can simply go there.
