Before your arrival
I prepare your home before you arrive: checking water, electricity and the rooms and, if requested, taking care of small preparations so everything is ready for your stay.
Property checks with photos
I regularly check your property, inside and out. After every visit, you receive a short report with photos by email.
CIN registration
If you rent out your property for short stays, I assist you with CIN registration and the necessary organisational requirements.
Tradesperson coordination
I find suitable local professionals, coordinate appointments and oversee work on site. Afterwards, I also check the invoices and completed work.
Garden & outdoor areas
I regularly check the garden and outdoor areas as well. If work is needed, I coordinate qualified professionals from my local network.
Correspondence & authorities
I take care of correspondence and communication with authorities and administrators, and support you with organisational and language-related matters.

From Cervo, I can quickly reach towns along the Riviera di Ponente. Most of my clients’ homes are within about 30 minutes, so I can be on site at short notice when needed.
I look after properties between Imperia and Albenga, as well as in the surrounding inland areas. This allows me to stay close to the homes I care for and easily accessible to my clients.

Do you also look after properties outside your usual service area?
I generally look after properties between Imperia and Albenga and in the surrounding inland areas. If your property is just outside this area, please get in touch. Depending on the location and the type of support you need, we can discuss an individual solution.
How does working with you begin?
In a short, no-obligation phone call, you first tell me about your property and what you need. If we both feel it’s a good fit, I arrange an appointment on site, visit the property and prepare the relevant documentation. After that, the property care service can begin.
How often will my property be checked?
Depending on the package you choose, I check your property twelve or twenty-four times a year. I schedule the visits according to your property’s needs – more frequently during the winter months when it is unoccupied, and less often when you are staying there yourself.
Do you also coordinate tradespeople?
Yes. I coordinate appointments with tradespeople, oversee the work on site when necessary and keep you updated on the progress.
How much does the property care service cost?
There are three care packages, ranging from €89 to €249 per month, as well as individual services that can be booked flexibly. All prices are clearly listed in my price list – I prefer costs to be transparent from the outset, without you having to ask.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
You can contact me by phone, email, WhatsApp or through the contact form. On weekdays, I usually reply on the same day – personally, without automated responses.
