If you contact me by email, telephone or via the contact form, I process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to enable further communication with you.

When you use the contact form, the data processed includes, in particular, your name, email address, the location of your property, your message, and confirmation that you have read the Privacy Policy. The data submitted via the form is stored in the WordPress database and forwarded to me by email via Fluent Forms.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract. For other enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the proper handling of and response to your enquiry.

Retention period: The data submitted via the contact form is stored in the WordPress database and deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, provided that no statutory retention obligations require otherwise. Form entries that are no longer required are regularly deleted manually.
